How can we be perfect in punching, keeing,kciking, clinching, if we´re not perfect in wrapping? I mean never disconsider any aspect of the learnig process in Muay Thai, even if it´s extremely simple. Try to do every thing as perfect as possible.
Thanks for putting here this important aspect: hand wrapping.
