How can I order product?
1) You can start by browsing our jewellery catalogue (top left menu).
2) When you find the product you like, click at the picture or item title to find more information about the item.
3) After you view the information of the item. Click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your cart.
4) Review your order to make payment or click "Continue Shopping" to select more item you like.
5) When you finish your selection. Click "View Cart" (top right) to review your order.
6) Enter your shipping information, click "Continue" to process your order and payment.

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express), PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. MuayThaiStuff.com does not have access to your credit card details.

Is there a charge for shipping?

How long does an item take to arrive after payment?
An item will be shipped via a registered delivery (fully insured). Normally, delivery takes approximately 5-10 days or up to 15 days depending on your location. Once any item you purchased is in our stock, the delivery time will be 5-10 days plus 2-3 working day for handling the shipment. On the other hand, 7-10 working days will be added to the normal delivery time for the out-of-stock item.

Will I be charged for import duties & VAT?
Item can be posted to gift address as a present. Item comes with a nice presentation box. None of our UK customers have ever paid for customs charge. therefore, there is less possiblity for you to pay for import tax/duties. About import tax/duties, please contact your local post office or customs office for rate & more information.

How do I know if you received my order?
When your order has been received, we will send the receipt of your payment via an email immediately or within 24 hours after receiving your payment. You can also track order on our website.

What if my purchase gets lost or damaged during delivery?
All parcels sent via registered/recorded delivery that can be track&trace. In the unlikely event item lost or damaged during shipping. We will be sending replacement item.

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased from MuayThaiStuff.com?
In the case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, MuayThaiStuff.com will send you full refund (P&P not included), on any items returned within 30 days of the receiving date. The full refund will be issued via PayPal after we have received your return. However, the product is required to be repacked in its original packing materials and must be in “new and unused condition” for either returnable or exchangeable.
